Nile Villa

Currently undergoing renovation, our Nile Villa is an exclusive riverside retreat featuring just 15 guest rooms within a beautiful private villa on Luxor's West Bank.


The property offers panoramic views of the Nile and Luxor skyline, a large rooftop terrace ideal for relaxing and enjoying the scenery and a swimming pool set within the garden. During your stay, meals will be prepared by a private chef, ensuring a personalized and relaxed dining experience.


For the Total Solar Eclipse of August 2027, our Nile Villa provides a unique setting combining privacy, personalized service, and one of the finest viewing locations in Luxor.
