Far and Beyond Travel



1. Payment & Booking Policy

All products and services are listed in USD. If you pay using an international credit or debit card through our online booking system (PayPal), additional transaction or currency conversion fees may apply.

Full payment is required in advance to confirm your booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment has been received.



2. Children Policy (Day Tours)

• Children aged 6 years and older: Adult rate applies
• Children under 6 years old: Free of charge (excluding entrance tickets where applicable)



3. Tipping

Tipping is customary in Egypt and is considered a gesture of appreciation for good service. However, it is not mandatory. Any gratuity is entirely at your discretion.



4. Customized Itinerary Requests

For tailor-made itineraries, please contact Far and Beyond Travel directly. A representative will prepare and send you a proposed itinerary by email.

Once approved, full payment is required to confirm the booking.



5. Booking Modifications

If you wish to modify an existing booking, please contact us by email at:

All modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.



6. Cancellation Policy & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to:
info@farandbeyondtravel.com

Tours

• Free cancellation up to 15 days before the tour date
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour date are non-refundable

Transfers

• Free cancellation up to 3 days (72 hours) before the scheduled transfer time
• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the transfer are non-refundable

No-Show

No refunds will be issued in case of no-show.



7. Force Majeure

In the event of government-issued travel restrictions, airline cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), the total paid amount may be converted into a travel credit valid for 12 months from the original travel date.



8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (PayPal).
Please note that transaction fees charged by payment providers may not be refundable.



9. Responsibility & Liability

Far and Beyond Travel acts solely as an agent for transportation and service providers, including but not limited to airlines, rail services, boats, and vehicles.

We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Force majeure
• Government actions
• War or civil unrest
• Strikes
• Theft
• Quarantine
• Transportation delays

No liability is accepted for additional costs arising from such circumstances.

We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

Far and Beyond Travel reserves the right to adjust itineraries when necessary for operational, safety, or logistical reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to inform clients in advance.



10. Complaints

In the event of any complaint, please contact Far and Beyond Travel directly. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and professionally.
